Library News – 9/11/2020

The North Adams Library Adult Book Club is back up and (virtually) running with their September read: “Lizzie” by Evan Hunter. This historical fiction novel delves into the troubled mind of Lizzie Borden, America’s most celebrated murderer, and endeavors to reveal the motivation behind her uncompromising acts. You can discover the complex woman behind the legendary tale—a woman filled with frustration, rage, and passion—by downloading this e-book from Hoopla Digital using your library card and PIN. The North Adams Library Adult Book Club will meet virtually via Zoom to discuss this intriguing novel on Thursday, September 24 at 5:30 p.m. Please contact Julia McCane-Knox on Facebook for Zoom details.
