As a History and Fantasy lover, His Majesty’s Dragon by Naomi Novik was a delight to read. The book tells the story of Will Laurence and his dragon companion, Temeraine. The two develop an unexpected friendship and are thrown into airborne training to fight Napoleon Bonaparte’s Dragon Force to protect England.
